We used Wayne Shapiro as a tenant against our landlord. We ended up getting a lot more than what we were asking. Would highly recommend. It was really difficult to find a lawyer that wasn’t sketchy sounding when dealing with specifically landlord/tenant cases…especially being the tenant. Other firms were all too salesy. We called Wayne and he was the first one, that wasn’t a huge sales pitch, and then actually ended up doing a great job.
