Uncontested Divorces For Couples With Minor Children

For divorcing couples with children, there are some additional requirements:

• 1. You must be able to agree on statutory child support. We can help you determine the correct amount of child support which must be approved by the court.
• 2. Parents need to agree on a visitation schedule and decision making for the child(ren) in the following areas: medical care, education and religious training. We can assist you in coming to an agreement or making suggestions to come to an agreement.
• 3. Parents must each take an on-line parenting class and obtain a certificate upon completion of the class. Cost is $39.95 payable to the class provider.
• 4. Cost of uncontested divorce with children starts at $1,200.00 if everybody is in agreement on the issues.
